We commit to reimburse all purchased items (except those that are made to measure) returned within 30 days following the date of delivery as long as the return conditions have been respected, meaning in short that the item is sent back to us in its original and complete packaging and condition (not worn longer than needed to try it on, nor used, stained or damaged).

Upon receipt and acceptance, the purchase price (excluding transport costs) of the returned item will within 30 days of receipt be refunded to the credit card, or by bank transfer in the case of payment by Bancontact/Maestro or iDEAL.
